Grinding
Grinding, otherwise known as abrasive cutting, is a process in which a grinding wheel is used as a cutting tool. There are three main grinding processes; surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and creep-feed grinding. To determine which form of grinding to use, size, shape, features and desired production rate are all taken into account.
Rubber Covering
Rubber covering relates to the idea of quite literally covering something in rubber. As one of our services we manufacture parts for quality precision machines used for rubber covering.
Dynamic Balancing
Dynamic balancing machines are used to measure both the magnitude and direction of vibration. If the centrifugal force of a rotating object does not equal zero, it is then that a dynamic balancing machine will measure the amount and angle of the vibration produced.
Chemical Blackening
Chemical blackening, otherwise known as black oxide, is the process by which metals containing iron are part coated. It is typically used to add mild corrosion resistance, however, by adding oil or wax maximal corrosion resistance can occur.
Chrome & Copper Plating
The process of chrome plating refers to the coating of metal objects by which a thin layer of chromium is added to the material by electrolytic deposition. The process of copper plating is very similar whereby copper is added to a material via electric current.
Anodising
Anodising is when a metal’s surface is turned into a decorative and durable, corrosion-resistant finish by the process of movement caused by electrical current, otherwise known as an electrochemical process.

Fabricating or welding is the joining of a range of metals of various capacities using electrical processes that causes a fusion. We provide the parts to help you in all of your fabrication and welding needs.
